新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生以来，云南经济管理学校牢牢扛起防控工作责任，平稳有序推进外国留学生和外籍教师的涉外管理工作。

疫情期间，我校及时向留学生和外籍教师传达中英文疫情信息、科学防控知识、政府通告、学校各项防控要求及学期计划调整等重要信息，做好心理疏导；针对近期返校的外籍教师采取严格的科学防控举措，跟进做好居家隔离观察，根据疫情发展变化，及时做好境外国际学生延期返校的思想工作，并注重向留校国际学生提供疫情期间心理干预。在做好疫情防控的同时，学校还认真组织外籍教师做好线上教学的计划安排，全力做好课程线上教学工作。
During the epidemic period, our school has timely conveyed important information such as epidemic information, scientific prevention and control knowledge, government notice, various prevention and control requirements of the school, and term plan adjustment information to international students and foreign teachers in both Chinese and English, and did a good job in psychological counseling. For foreign teachers who returned to school recently, we took strict scientific prevention and control measures, followed up with 14-days of home quarantine. The office has also informed international students who have already returned to their home countries to postpone their plan for returning to campus according to the development and change of the epidemic situation. As the same time, the International College and the School’s Mental Health Teaching and Research Office, together, provided psychological supports to all the international students who are staying on campus and some of our foreign teachers. The school also has organized all the foreign teachers to complete online teaching trainings to carry out the online teaching work effectively.

截至目前，我校尚有29名外国留学生，无滞留重点疫区人员。自疫情发生以来，学校第一时间制定了相应的疫情防控预案及实施方案。国际学院全体留管人员积极投身防疫一线，想方设法为留学生紧急采购合规防控口罩并及时发放，定期为留学生购买大米、面粉、食用油、蔬菜、水果、鸡蛋等主副食品等，保障留学生日常生活需求。
At current, there are 29 foreign students staying on the university campus, and none of the students is staying in the key epidemic areas. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the school has formulated the corresponding epidemic prevention and control plan and implementation plan for right away. All the staff of the International College actively have taken part in the front line of epidemic prevention, purchasing and timely distributing the compliance prevention masks for the international students, and regularly buying rice, flour, edible oil, vegetables, fruits, eggs and other main and non-staple foods for the international students to ensure the daily life needs of the students.

学校各级领导及职工用心关爱留学生，牢筑安全防线：用心服务、用情坚守，坚持分类管理，细致认真地开展留学生的疫情防控各项工作，不断完善工作措施，切实保障留学生的安全和健康。与此同时，各级留管干部和公寓管理人员密切关注留学生心理动态，切实增强对留学生的人文关怀，真正做到不留盲区，不留死角。定期在留学生微信群宣传疫情防控知识，政策规定。妥善处理留学生突发状况，第一时间陪同患上内风湿性关节型、内科、腰椎间盘突出、胃溃疡的留学生就诊。
School leaders and staff at all levels care for international students and build a strong security line. They serve with care, stick to the situation, adhere to classified management, carefully and seriously carry out the epidemic prevention and control plan of the international students, constantly improve work quality, and effectively guarantee the safety and health of international students. At the same time, staff of the International College and dormitory managers at all levels pay close attention to the psychological dynamics of international students, effectively enhance the humanistic care for international students, and truly do not leave blind areas regard to safety concerts. Meanwhile, the office keeps regularly publicizing the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control in the WeChat group of international students, as well as relevant policies. The office has also properly handled emergencies of international students, and immediately accompany the international students suffering from internal rheumatic joint type, internal medicine, lumbar disc herniation and gastric ulcer to the hospital.

国际学院全体人员在值班期间均每日赴留学生公寓了解情况、关心留学生学习生活。加强对留学生的心理疏导，疫情期间学校在严格执行相关疫情防控措施的前提下，由学校心理健康教研室教师和国际学院留学生辅导员一道分批次对留校国际学生开展心理健康OH卡片活动、沙盘模拟世界活动等，实现了对留校国际学生心理帮扶的全覆盖。

The school has also decided to strengthen the psychological health education activities for international students.
